אני מישאל בן עזיאל בן יוסף בן הלל
בדקתי זאת התורה שלקדש חצר בן
בכתויה ירחמיהו אל. על יד מצליח הכהן
יחיהו אלוה בן סהל המלמד הכהן נוח נפש
Transcription
I, Mišaʾel ben ʿUzziʾel ben Yosef ben Hillel, have proofread this Torah, which is part of the endowment of the compound of Ibn Baḫtawayh, may God have mercy on him. [It is kept] under the care of Maṣliaḥ ha-Kohen,
may God give him life, son of Sahl ha-Kohen, the teacher, may [his] soul be at rest.
